To install, unZIP the file: CYB_DMS.ZIP, then run the included SETUPE16.EXE (in the Cybe_pie folder).

To run or launch this program, one has to select the icon that is generated in the setup. The program cannot be run by selecting the .EXE file (MSARN200.EXE).
